Companies that would like to conduct formal interviews with selected students for current openings are encouraged to attend the Recruiting Day. Companies/Organizations will post their position/s to ArtWorks in advance, receive applications, select students they want to meet with, and create their own interview schedules to meet with them.

 

 

To Participate in the Recruiting Day

 

1. Register to reserve your space.
    

2. Post your position/s to ArtWorks by February 1.
    

3. Indicate an application deadline of February 22 in your posting.
    

4. Receive student applications.
    

5. Review applicants and select students for interviews.
    

6. Notify selected student/s of their interviews by February 29 and schedule an appointment for Recruiting Day.
    

7. The Career Center will regularly update students about companies that are participating on Recruiting Day and encourage them to apply for your consideration.
    

8. The Career Center staff is also happy to answer any questions you have about posting to ArtWorks and how to manage your applicants.

 

You may also preview RISD talent at RISD Portfolios and reach out directly to students to invite them to apply and/or interview with you.
