Employers - Stay Connected to RISD Talent!

The following options will help you stay connected to the RISD students and the Career Center throughout the year.

ArtWorks

Post your internships and other opportunities for students and alumni to find and apply!

If you have an immediate hiring need the best way to get the word out about it is through ArtWorks, the job and internship board managed by the RISD Career Center.

ArtWorks is a password protected system so only RISD students and alumni can access it. Once you are registered in the system as an employer, you can search for student and alumni profiles and links to their resumes and websites to preview their  work and reach out to those you are interested in directly.

RISD Portfolios

View RISD Portfolios to see RISD talent!

RISD Portfolios is a gallery of RISD student, alumni, and faculty work that you can search by RISD major as well as undergraduate and graduate options. Links to individual websites and contact information can be found here as well.

Design Portfolio Review, Networking and Recruiting Events

Each Spring the RISD Career Center hosts events for design and fine art world professionals that provide meaningful conversations and experiences with talented RISD students. Events include networking opportunities, individual student portfolio reviews, and interview sessions.

RISD Talent Brochure

The RISD Talent brochure provides additional information on ways to engage with the Career Center through artist and designer talks, panels, workshops and lectures, campus tours and other programming with academic departments.

Fine Arts Portfolio Review

The Fine Arts Portfolio Review is focused on individualized 20 minute student portfolio reviews with juniors, seniors and graduate students. The emphasis is on providing feedback on students’ work and presentation skills while also providing insights for reviewers on RISD emerging artists that may be suited to current or future exhibitions and/or other artist opportunities.

Internship Connect

This annual Fall event is focused on employer and student information sharing and networking. RISD undergraduate and graduate students from all fine art and design disciplines attend to introduce themselves for prospective internship opportunities and are prepared to share a resume, business card and portfolio sample and to learn about opportunities you have.
