Networking Reception

Tuesday, February 25th, 6:00 pm (Free)

RISD students will share their resumes and business cards, ask you questions and make connections for future follow-up at the Networking Reception. This event provides companies and organizations a chance to engage with students about their current work and projects, clarify what you are seeking in applicants, and generate student interest in applying for your opportunities.

Snacks and refreshments will be served at this social gathering before the Design Portfolio Review.

Design Portfolio Review

Wednesday, February 26th, 12 noon - 5:00 pm ($150 per table before Jan. 1 / $300 per table after Jan. 1)

Employer Reception 5:00 - 7:00 pm

The Design Portfolio Review is our feature event and is focused on individualized 15-minute student portfolio reviews with juniors, seniors and graduate students that emphasize feedback on students’ work and presentation skills. Employers are encouraged to consider students for their hiring needs.

Resume Drop: If your schedule for portfolio reviews fills up, students who were unable to sign-up on your schedule will have the option of using an electronic Resume Drop to share their resumes with you. 

​

Employer Reception gives employers the chance to meet and network with other reviewers, academic department heads, faculty and RISD senior administrative leadership. Food and drinks will be served as a token of our appreciation.

Interview Day

Thursday, February 27th, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ($50 per table)

Interview Day is an open day for Companies to conduct job interviews with RISD students in a private booth at the RICC. Companies are strongly encouraged to post position/s to ArtWorks in advance to easily solicit student applicants.
