Student Event Schedules
IMPORTANT: If you have class at the time of the event/s you’d like to attend, you must speak with your faculty member and request time away from class to participate. Speak with your faculty in advance to avoid any difficulty and an unexcused absence from class.
Wednesday, March 15
6:00 - 8:00 pm
Join us for a chance to connect with companies attending the Design Portfolio Review before the big event the next day! Attend this Networking Reception and meet with company and organization representatives, ask questions about their work and projects, hiring needs and the best ways to follow-up about future internships and jobs. Food and beverages will be served!
Thursday, March 16
11:00 am / Student Check-In Begins
Students may arrive any time after 11:00 am to check in. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your first portfolio review. Only students with scheduled portfolio reviews will be allowed in the ballroom.
12:00 noon - 5:00 pm / Portfolio Reviews
Portfolio reviews begin promptly at noon and last 15 minutes each. There are two 15-minute breaks at 1:30 and 3:15. Students should wait in the Student Waiting Area between their scheduled portfolio reviews.
Friday, March 17
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Some companies will choose to conduct interviews and additional portfolio reviews on March 17th. If you would like to be considered for an interview on this day, apply directly to the comapany's opportunities through ArtWorks. Companies with posted opportunities are indicated with a * on the Participating Companies page. If you are selected for an interview, the company will contact your and set-up an appointment time for the interview.
